
In June 2024, we moved into our brand-new production facility in Montreal’s Rosemont neighborhood, a space we are extremely proud of!
Designed to support and streamline the work of our kitchen team, our facility was also created with sustainability in mind and a strong commitment to reducing our environmental footprint
- Induction cooking equipment instead of gas
- Energy Star certified electric ovens
- Reuse of heat generated by our cold room compressors to help heat the facility during winter
- LED lighting throughout the workshop
- Heat pump water heater
- Energy Star certified dishwasher
- Composting of all food scraps and peelings
- Purchasing ingredients in bulk whenever possible
